Were looking for someone available to lead during key times: MondayThursday : 3:45 PM 7:45 PM Friday : 4:00 PM 6:00 PM Saturdays (12/month) : 6:45 AM 10:45 AM Your Core Responsibilities
Coach Signature BFT Workouts : Deliver top-tier, science-driven classes that challenge, engage, and excite clients of all fitness levels. Drive Membership Sales : Manage first impressions, follow up on leads, and confidently convert prospects into loyal members. Foster a Strong Community : Create a motivating and inclusive atmosphere that keeps members coming back. Lead by Example : Collaborate with the team to elevate the member experience and maintain a smooth, high-energy studio environment. Be the Brand : Represent BFT with enthusiasm, professionalism, and consistency in every interaction. What Were Looking For
Certified & Credentialed : NASM, ACE, ISSA, or similar current certification required. Experienced Group Coach : Proven success leading group fitness sessions with diverse skill levels. Sales-Oriented : Comfortable guiding prospects and closing memberships with integrity and confidence. Natural Leader : A coach who motivates, mentors, and inspires both members and teammates. High-Energy & Personable : You thrive in front of a crowd, build relationships easily, and bring positive energy to every class. Ready to Lead the Charge?
