Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Showroom Sales Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be the face of our company, providing an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. You will be responsible for understanding customer needs, showcasing our products, and closing sales to achieve individual and showroom targets. Key Responsibilities: - Customer Engagement:

Greet and assist customers in the showroom, providing insights and knowledge about our products and services. Create a welcoming environment to enhance the shopping experience.

- Sales Expertise:

Understand customers’ needs and recommend appropriate products to meet their requirements. Utilize effective sales techniques to drive sales and exceed targets. - Product Knowledge : Maintain in-depth knowledge of the products and services offered in the showroom. Stay updated on industry trends, product features, and competitive offerings. - Relationship Building:

Foster strong relationships with customers by providing personalized service, following up on inquiries, and addressing any concerns promptly. - Inventory Management:

Help manage showroom inventory, ensuring products are displayed effectively, and restocking items as needed. Assist in keeping the showroom organized and visually appealing. - Team Collaboration:

Work closely with the sales team and management to achieve showroom goals. Share feedback and insights on customer preferences and market trends to improve sales strategies.

Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus,

but not required.

- Proven experience in lifestyle sales, preferably in a retail or showroom environment.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with customers effectively.

- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

- Passion for the products and services offered, with a willingness to learn more.

- Proficient in using point-of-sale systems and basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office, CRM software).
