Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned
Workday Developer
with deep expertise in
Workday Human Capital Management (HCM)
and a strong focus on the
Recruiting module . This role will serve as a strategic liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, driving enhancements, configurations, and continuous improvement initiatives within Workday. The ideal candidate is a Workday champion with a proven track record in
Recruiting, Security, Reporting , and
Business Process Administration . Responsibilities: Lead Workday Recruiting module enhancements, including feature updates, dashboard reporting, and security configurations. Collaborate with recruiting stakeholders to gather requirements, build proof of concepts, and transition solutions into production. Support Workday HCM modules including Recruiting, Performance Management, Security, and Reporting. Troubleshoot production issues and manage service requests using tools like ServiceNow. Analyze Workday releases and identify automation opportunities and process improvements. Maintain and develop user stories in JIRA; ensure proper documentation and sign-off. Partner with cross-functional teams to implement scalable, resilient hybrid/cloud-based data solutions. Qualifications: 5+ years of Workday experience, with strong proficiency in the Recruiting module. Experience in Workday post-implementation support and business process administration. Strong understanding of Workday security, reporting, and release management. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Experience working in Agile environments (JIRA preferred). Workday Pro Certifications in Recruiting, HCM, Reporting, or Calculated Fields preferred. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field. Preferred Skills: Experience in Financial Services industry. Familiarity with AI/ML tools and use cases. Knowledge of Workday integration capabilities. Salary: $110-$135k/year + bonus Seniority level
