Responsibilities Owns delivery team priorities and backlog by collaborating with stakeholders, product managers, project managers, analysts, scrum masters, developers, and engineers. Designs, builds, and maintains effective technical solutions following secure development practices. Translates business needs into technical requirements, creating user stories with clear acceptance criteria. Participates in backlog refinement to prepare epics and stories for planning, ensuring requirements are understood. Supports best practices around software engineering and technical debt management. Ensures quality of deliverables through QA testing before release. Coordinates with global development teams (50% of time) to meet deadlines. Maintains rapport with business sponsors and liaises with stakeholders. Engages with vendors to bridge knowledge gaps and support business needs. Works on release planning, providing estimates for projects. Provides Level 3 support and resolution for production issues, including off-hours support if needed. Provides product training and maintains knowledge base. Coordinates deployment, post-implementation review, and ongoing support. Adheres to deployment, security, and infrastructure policies. Collaborates on vendor selection and shares industry trends to meet market demands. Utilizes organizational, organizational, and analytical skills to deliver clear technology solutions. Maintains a strong customer service focus. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Math, Finance, Accounting, or related field. Knowledge of Payment Processing (wire transfers, ACH, interbank settlement). Knowledge of core banking products (mortgage, deposits, forex, money market) is desired. Understanding of finance and accounting in banking is preferred. Proficiency with APIs, .Net, CRM, SharePoint, PowerApp. Ability to craft workflows, wireframes, and mockups. Experience with Microsoft Office and relational databases (SQL Server, Oracle). Experience delivering solutions using Agile/Scrum methodologies. Strong conflict management skills. Proficiency with project management tools like MS Project and Jira. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Knowledge of software design patterns, database modeling, and reporting. Compensation The salary range is USD $90,000 - $150,000 per year, based on experience and location.
