This is an exciting opportunity to work on complex U.S. and international trademark matters for high-profile clients while collaborating with a team of experienced attorneys and paralegals. Key Responsibilities: Manage and maintain extensive U.S. and international trademark portfolios. Prepare, file, and prosecute trademark applications with the USPTO. Initiate and coordinate foreign filings with international agents and associates. Monitor critical deadlines and maintain accurate, up-to-date prosecution status reports. Communicate with clients regarding application statuses, deadlines, and action items. Conduct online trademark searches and assist with investigative and clearance tasks. Prepare due diligence reports and organize supporting documentation for transactions. Maintain and update client files and docketing systems to ensure accuracy and compliance. Candidate Profile: 5+ years of trademark law experience (law firm or comparable legal environment). Strong knowledge of U.S. and international trademark prosecution. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint). Experience with docketing systems (e.g., CPI, Anaqua, Foundation IP) is a plus. Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities under tight deadlines. High attention to detail, accuracy, and follow-through. Self-starter mindset with strong problem-solving skills and accountability. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
