Base pay range
$60,000.00/yr - $70,000.00/yr Direct message the job poster from Pathways Personnel Our client is a top international firm headquartered in California. They currently have a need for a Litigation Practice Assistant in their thriving San Francisco office. This is the perfect opportunity for a recent college graduate with some administrative experience to start their legal career. 3 in office and 2 remote hybrid schedule. Responsibilities: Provide administrative support to the timekeepers and secretaries in the Corporate group. Draft and proofread basic correspondence and legal documents. Assist Secretaries with filing, expense reports, travel arrangements and scheduling conferences. Assist with time entry, and reviewing and proofreading pre-bills for accuracy. Various administrative support projects for business development. Qualifications: BA/BS degree is preferred. Previous administrative experience in a professional services or law firm. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office suite. Seniority level
