with experience in TI and related work for constructing a Fire Station.
Certifications such as OSHA and QCM are a plus. Responsibilities include managing foundation, structure, façade, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and interior work. The Superintendent oversees daily site activities, communicates issues and progress to the Project Manager, and facilitates cost-effective solutions. Applicants may be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to military installations. Qualifications & Responsibilities: Minimum of 10 years of construction experience , including at least three years as a superintendent on similar projects in heavy commercial and government construction. Experience with site work, concrete, electrical, and playground installation. Manage subcontractors and coordinate daily production and schedules. On-site presence required during project execution until completion and acceptance. Knowledge of EM 385-1-1 standards, hazard identification, and safety compliance. Ability to interpret critical path schedules and construction drawings. Skills: Proficient with Microsoft Office, effective communicator, problem solver, supervisor, blueprint reading, scheduling. Eligible for a government security clearance and able to travel, including short-term relocations. Pay/Benefits: Competitive salary based on experience plus excellent benefits including Medical, Dental, Prescription Plans, Life Insurance, and Paid Time Off.
