The Lead App Development Analyst typically leads and coordinates highly complex or enterprise-critical projects, interacting with internal stakeholders and managing information systems within a specific application portfolio. Duties And Responsibilities
Facilitates cross-functional communication with business customers, stakeholders, technical teams, and subject matter experts leveraging broad industry knowledge. Delivers implementation strategy roadmaps for assigned applications ensuring they remain current within vendor support. Writes clean, efficient, and well-documented code, including COTS configurations. Mentors technical team members to improve product functionality, standards, and best practices. Owns application stability following industry standards. Stays updated with application releases, relevant technologies, and industry best practices. Creates knowledge sharing documentation. Leads application tasks for multiple enterprise projects. Provides strategic guidance on coding based on business process understanding. Influences enterprise information system opportunities aligned with corporate strategy, presenting executable plans with risk assessments. Leads team interactions, delegating tasks to drive issue resolution and collaboration. Drives technical solutions and communicates effectively with vendors, customers, and team members. You Must Have
Seven or more years of experience with IT applications and infrastructure. Bachelors degree. Ability to work remotely, hybrid, or on-site as needed. Reliable attendance. Ability to travel up to 10%. U.S. Citizenship. Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. DOE security clearance if required. We Value
Experience with ETL tools: Talend, Denodo, SSIS, Informatica. Skills in SQL, Python, JAVA, GitLab. Knowledge of manufacturing, government, and DOE operations.
