Senior Proposal Manager . Responsibilities

Lead proposal development for single award, IDIQ, and task order proposals. Manage all aspects of proposal development, including planning, solution development, scheduling, compliance, team guidance, and production. Develop and maintain proposal documents such as outlines, compliance matrices, schedules, and review briefings. Collaborate with leadership to allocate resources for proposal submissions. Establish and enforce proposal schedules. Facilitate color team reviews, guide revisions, and drive strategic decisions. Maintain the proposal archive and harvest reusable content. Build strong cross-company relationships and foster a collaborative proposal team culture. Qualifications

Required:

Current TS/SCI with Poly clearance. Bachelor's degree. Experience managing classified proposals. At least 7 years of federal proposal management experience. Experience with large, prime, single-award proposals ($100M+). Proficiency in MS Office, Adobe Acrobat, and desktop publishing. Proposal training (e.g., Shipley). Excellent communication skills. Attention to detail and proactive approach. Ability to manage multiple projects and brief senior management. Flexible schedule, willing to work long hours and weekends. Desired:

APMP Foundation certification. 5+ years managing DoD and Intelligence proposals. Familiarity with SharePoint and proposal management software. Additional Details
