B2B Marketing Analyst
U.S. Bank is seeking a B2B Marketing Analyst to join our Wealth, Corporate & Institutional Banking (WCIB) Marketing team. This role is ideal for early-career professionals eager to grow in a collaborative, data-driven environment. As a Marketing Analyst, you'll support strategic decision-making by analyzing business data to uncover trends and generate insights. Your work will play a key role in shaping client and prospect engagement strategies through a data-informed lens.
Key responsibilities
Use data to support decisions and recommend enhancements to initiative strategy based on insights.
Support the preparation and presentation of data findings and recommendations to stakeholders to inform strategy and improve outcomes.
Help set up and manage Salesforce campaigns to support Account Based Marketing (ABM) initiatives and events.
Configure systems to track KPIs while supporting data integration across CRM, marketing automation, and event platforms.
Work with partner teams to evaluate the business impact of ABM campaigns using data from CRM, marketing automation, and other technology platforms.
Contribute to the upkeep of people, technology, and processes that support measurement enabling accurate and consistent tracking of marketing results.
Collaborate with team members to identify and help resolve data gaps or inconsistencies.
Apply best practices in campaign governance, data hygiene, and audience segmentation.
Assist with maintaining target account lists across marketing and sales platforms and support audience segmentation and list preparation for campaign execution.
Leverage tools like Excel, Salesforce, and SQL to analyze data and deliver actionable insights.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
Four to six years of experience in marketing industry
Preferred Skills / Experience
Ability to lead projects and provide marketing that is data-driven, customer-centric, and relevant
Strong organizational, interpersonal and team building skills
Interest in B2B marketing, data analysis, and marketing technology
Comfortable working with Excel and running queries in SQL, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies
Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), CRM and marketing automation platforms is a plus. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are essential
Eagerness to learn and collaborate with cross-functional teams
Location Expectations The role offers a hybrid / flexible schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.
