Bodhi Animal Hospital, a Thrive Pet Healthcare partner, is seeking a Client Service Representative to join our growing team! Our full time team members work four, ten‑hour shifts. Bodhi Animal Hospital is a beautiful, state‑of‑the‑art veterinary practice located in North Park. We offer personalized high‑level veterinary care to the dogs and cats of Uptown, Downtown, and greater San Diego. As a community‑based hospital committed to the life of your pet, we provide a complete range of veterinary care and emergency services.

Job Responsibilities
Providing friendly, informative client service in‑person and over the phone
Triaging patient and client needs to appropriate staff
Answering multi‑phone line, addressing customer needs, scheduling and confirming appointments
Following up with clients regarding outstanding needs
Client check‑in and check‑out; processing payments
Conducting cash control
Creating and maintaining digital patient files
Ensuring lobby is clean and inviting
Opening and/or closing hospital
Other tasks as the team and hospital require to support daily workflow
Qualifications (To Succeed)
Veterinary industry experience preferred but not required
Minimum of two years of work experience in customer service
Proficient with MS Office software; familiarity with veterinary practice management software preferred
Ability to multi‑task while managing high call volumes
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
Strong attention to detail
Process end‑of‑day cash calculation
Comfortable around all companion animals
