Compensation : $165,000.00–$375,000.00 per year (plus profit‑sharing bonuses)

Responsibilities :
Handle a wide range of labor and employment disputes including wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, and wage and hour litigation.
Represent clients in complex litigation matters, develop litigation strategies, and take cases to trial when necessary.
Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery requests, and manage discovery processes.
Advise clients on best practices for labor and employment law compliance.
Negotiate, draft, and review settlement agreements.
Collaborate with other attorneys to develop and implement effective litigation strategies.
Represent clients in mediation and arbitration proceedings.
Conduct legal research and draft memos, briefs, and other legal documents.
Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of relevant labor and employment laws and regulations.
Qualifications :
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
3–10+ years of litigation experience (defense or plaintiff‑side).
Proven experience in complex litigation and trial work.
Strong knowledge of labor and employment laws and regulations.
Experience working with unions and handling plaintiff cases.
Exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to resolve disputes effectively.
Excellent research, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
Experience in medical‑malpractice, transportation, or nursing‑home litigation is a plus (Chicago).
Experience in commercial litigation or employment law is a plus (NYC).
Admission to the state bar.
