SAP – Data Migration/MDG – Senior – Consulting – Location: Open
Join EY as a Senior SAP Data Migration/MDG Consultant. This role focuses on delivering data management and strategy initiatives, managing project deliverables, billing, and client service. Key Responsibilities Define and execute project deliverables, monitor progress, and ensure completion against goals. Manage chargeability with an emphasis on billable hours to external clients. Engage in sales activities, support service offerings identification, and develop RFP responses. Exercise judgment, apply suitable methodologies, and consider barriers, risks, and issues. Oversee junior staff and ensure alignment with performance objectives across client service, quality assurance, risk management, solution development, and team collaboration. Required Experience & Skills Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. 2+ years of professional experience with SAP modules full-cycle implementation (MDG, Data Services, Information Steward, Datasphere, Data Intelligence). Experience with data modeling, migration, quality management, ETL, SQL, data warehousing concepts, CPI/SLT/APIs. Familiarity with data governance, master data management, reconciliation, and compliance. Strong communication, problem-solving, and ability to build client trust. Willingness to travel as required. Preferred Proficiencies Experience with SAP MDG and data governance frameworks. Experience with SAP Datasphere or SAP Data Intelligence. Strong relationship building and client engagement skills. Compensation & Benefits Base salary range: $106,900 – $176,500 (US). Additional ranges for major metros. Medical, dental, pension, 401(k), paid time off, flexible vacation policy, hybrid work model.
