What You Will Do Provide direct support to stakeholders to answer questions and resolve technical issues. Design, develop, and implement software that satisfies customer and certification requirements. Produce high‑quality software builds in an integrated test environment. Derive software requirements, create UML design diagrams, and implement code from those diagrams. Communicate and collaborate with senior and principal engineers, mentoring junior engineers and interns. Assist in software requirement verification and testing phases.
What You Will Learn Grow knowledge within the Strategic Nuclear Deterrence domain. Lead roles such as Scrum Master, Product Owner, Cost Account Manager, and Software Lead. Become a subject‑matter expert in communication technologies across evolving product lines.
Qualifications You Must Have STEM degree and at least 5 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with 3 years of experience. Active SECRET clearance prior to start date. Experience with Agile methods (Scrum, automated testing, continuous integration). Experience with Model‑Based Systems Engineering (MBSE).
Qualifications We Prefer Experience supporting aerospace, defense, or nuclear command‑and‑control systems governed by DO‑178C, MIL‑STD‑498, or equivalent. Experience in Agile methods with automated testing and continuous integration. Exposure to Earned Value Management (EVM) principles.

Salary Range: 82,000 USD – 164,000 USD. Compensation consideration includes experience, location, education, and skills.
