Join American Eagle Outfitters Inc. as a Merchandise Leader and help keep our stores on trend while ensuring the highest visual standards. You will be the right‑hand to the Merchandising Team Leader, executing floorsets, merchandising updates, and replenishment to keep the store guest‑ready.
Responsibilities
Support the Merchandising Team Leader by ensuring the store represents AEO Brand Standards.
Drive floorset execution – train and coach the floorset team, set clear productivity goals, and ensure all areas meet floorset standards.
Own day‑to‑day merchandising, sell‑through adjustments, and replenishment to keep the store in top shape and ready for guests.
Collaborate with leadership to identify merchandising opportunities and implement action plans.
Maintain a culture of safety and store‑wide standards, preventing shrink and adhering to AEO policies.

Strong organizational and detail‑oriented skills; excellent priority‑setting and time‑management.
