This is a full‑time FNP/PA role offering 30‑40 hours/week. This provider will support the Roswell, GA clinic and work every other weekend.

Key Responsibilities

Provide primary and family evidence‑based care, including accurate assessment, diagnosis, treatment, management of health problems, health counseling, and disposition planning for patients.

Perform administrative duties: opening/closing the clinic, inventory management, patient follow‑up, verifying insurance, collecting payment, and maintaining a clean environment.

Handle patient appointments and perform route examinations to ensure positive health outcomes.

Speak with patients about healthy lifestyle choices, complete diagnostic tests to diagnose and treat injuries or illnesses, and coordinate with other health professionals to maintain a comprehensive plan of care.

Encourage patients to become active participants in their own healthcare and well‑being through services such as health screenings, behavioral health and wellness, and chronic condition management.

Required Qualifications

Minimum one year experience as a Nurse Practitioner; experience in family medicine or primary care practice preferred.

Active family Nurse Practitioner license in good standing.

Provide holistic, evidence‑based care inclusive of accurate assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and management of health problems, including education and treatment for pregnancy prevention, STI prevention, and safer sex practices.

Order and administer immunizations and injections (including COVID‑19, influenza, TB, Depo) and provide evidence‑based vaccine counseling and education.

Minimum two years of medically relevant experience or equivalent.

Complete the DOT certification exam within 30 days of employment.

Proficiency in both speaking and writing an additional language, preferably Spanish.

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, including CPR and AED operation.

Pass a FIT test and wear the provided respirator mask when protocol requires.

Education

Master’s Degree level Family Nurse Practitioner program with current National Board Certification and state licensure to practice as an Advanced Practice Nurse.

Or in select states, Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies (or equivalent) with current National Board Certification and state licensure to practice as a Physician Assistant.

Preferred Qualifications

EPIC experience.

Pay Range $87,035.00 – $187,460.00.
