Overview Gallatin College seeks non‑tenure track faculty to teach Humanities courses within the AA/AS program. This position is for the Fall and Spring semesters.
Duties and Responsibilities
Teach Humanities courses (Art, Music, Literature, History, Religious Studies, Philosophy) at Bozeman, MSU East Frontage Road, or other Gallatin College locations.
Provide non‑tenure level instruction and related functions.
Engage diverse students and colleagues as part of the college community.
Required Qualifications
Master’s degree in a relevant Humanities area.
Demonstrated experience working with and engaging diverse students and colleagues.
Preferred Qualifications
College level teaching experience.
Demonstrated commitment to student, faculty, and staff diversity.
Additional Information The successful candidate will work professionally and effectively with diverse individuals, possess effective communication skills, and contribute positively to the academic success of students and the mission of Gallatin College, Montana State University.
Position may be a Union position; union affiliation is determined by job duties and the collective bargaining unit.
