Social Media Manager – Woodinville, WA
Ste Michelle Wine Estates (SMWE) is seeking a full‑time Social Media Manager to develop and execute the organic social media strategy for three core brands: Chateau Ste. Michelle, 14 Hands, and Columbia Crest, primarily on Instagram and Facebook. This hybrid role requires 2‑3 days per week in office and occasional weekend work for the Summer Concert Series and on‑property events.
Responsibilities
Define and develop social content strategy, including content pillars, post cadence and media mix to increase following and engagement.
Manage monthly content calendars in line with brand and DTC goals.
Write copy in brand voice, optimize for social SEO, resize images and video assets.
Produce Reels (2‑3 per month) and other platform‑specific content.
Community management: respond to comments/messages within 24 business hours.
Schedule and publish content using Sprout Social, and report on performance.
Conduct photo/video shoots and edit using Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.
Oversee influencer marketing strategy with agency resources.
Coordinate with external partners to deliver strategy and execution for SMWE’s Power Brands Portfolio.
Collaborate with DTC partners for the luxury wine portfolio.
Maintain monthly performance reports, tracking KPIs from social platforms, analytics tools.
Stay current with social media trends and provide strategic input for brand application.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or related field.
6+ years of social media marketing experience, managing Meta, Pinterest and TikTok accounts.
Proficiency with Google Analytics, Sprout Social, Later or similar tools.
Advanced photo, graphic and video editing skills using Adobe Creative Suite, Premiere Pro, Canva or equivalent.
Experience with Microsoft Office 365 Suite.
Responsible use of alcohol and fit for licensing requirements.
Compensation $83,374.00 – $108,319.00 per year, based on experience.
