Position Social Media Manager at Ste Michelle Wine Estates (SMWE) located in Woodinville, WA.

Full‑time, salaried role with a hybrid schedule requiring 2–3 days a week in office.

Weekend work may be required to support the Summer Concert Series and other on‑property events.

Overview Ste Michelle Wine Estates is the largest wine company in the Pacific Northwest and one of the largest premium wine companies in the U.S.

The role will develop and execute the organic social media strategy and content for three core brands—Chateau Ste. Michelle, 14 Hands, and Columbia Crest—predominantly on Instagram and Facebook while overseeing external resources for Liquid Light and luxury brands.

Responsibilities

Define and develop social content strategy for platforms, including content pillars, post cadence, and media mix with a goal of increasing following and engagement for Chateau Ste. Michelle.

Manage monthly content calendars in accordance with brand and DTC goals.

Write copy in brand voice, optimize for social SEO, and resize images/videos per platform specifications.

Storyboard and produce Reels, targeting 2–3 reels per month per brand.

Manage community engagement: respond to comments and messages within 24 business hours; same day during Chateau Ste. Michelle Summer Concert Days.

Schedule content, perform community management, and build reporting using Sprout Social.

Produce photo and video content using Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and in‑app tools.

Coordinate external photography and videography: source talent, locations, props, mood boards, and shot lists.

Oversee influencer marketing strategy with agency partners.

Collaborate with external digital agencies to deliver content strategy for SMWE’s Power Brands Portfolio.

Work with cross‑functional DTC partners to guide content for the luxury wine portfolio.

Maintain monthly performance reports, tracking KPIs across platforms and analytics tools.

Stay current with social media trends, new platforms, and provide insights on relevance to brand strategy.

Position Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

6+ years of experience in Social Media Marketing, Digital Marketing, including managing Meta, Pinterest, and TikTok brand accounts.

Proficiency with Google Analytics, Sprout Social, and Later.

Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Premiere Pro, Canva, and social‑media editing tools.

Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 Suite.

History of responsible alcohol use and compliance with state/local regulatory requirements.

Compensation $83,374.00 – $108,319.00 per year based on relevant experience.
