Practice Opportunity Great practice opportunity for an independent Doctor of Optometry. You operate your own private practice while providing high‑quality optometric care and services to your patients next to an optical dispensary operated by Luxottica. Professional fee schedule is set by you and you keep the associated patient revenues for the services you deliver.

Compensation & Benefits Employee pay is determined by multiple factors, including geography, experience, qualifications, skills and local minimum wage requirements. You may also be offered a competitive bonus and/or commission plan, which complements a first‑class total rewards package.
