Responsibilities

Lead and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok, and other platforms to drive leads, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.

Manage campaign lifecycle strategy, creative development, targeting, testing, and performance optimization.

Analyze data from CRMs, GA4, and ad platforms, create dashboards and reports to guide strategy and budgets.

Oversee inbound marketing (Email/SMS campaigns, onboarding flows, promotions) to maximize conversions and retention.

Drive CRO efforts using tools like Optimizely and Hotjar to improve user experience and conversion rates.

Implement AI tools and marketing automations to enhance efficiency and scale campaigns.

Collaborate with leadership to align paid media strategies with overall business goals.

Requirements

Proven success managing and scaling high‑budget paid media campaigns with measurable ROI.

Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and CRM systems.

Data‑driven mindset with advanced reporting and analytics skills (Google Data Studio or similar).

Experience improving website conversion rates using CRO tools and methodologies.

Strong project management and communication skills; ability to lead initiatives from start to finish.

Independent, detail‑oriented, and innovative, with a passion for testing and adopting new marketing technologies.
