This distinctive role involves collaborating directly with schools, educators, and staff to identify residential and commercial properties tailored to their unique requirements. Responsibilities
Complete the PLACE Launch program
Implement PLACE lead generation systems on a weekly basis
Advise buyers, secure signed agreements, and help them find suitable homes
Negotiate offers for both sellers and buyers
Monitor tasks and activities using PLACE Technology
Host two open houses each month
Turn prospecting and lead generation efforts into scheduled appointments
Engage in weekly script practice as per team standards
Participate in team activities according to team standards
Commit to weekly one-on-one coaching sessions, training, and Partner Calls
Advise sellers, secure listings, and market their properties
Showcase expertise in pricing strategies, staging, and other listing-related services
Qualifications
Self-driven sales expert with a competitive edge
Exceptional at establishing connections, understanding client needs, and providing tailored solutions
Proficient in prospecting and generating leads
Skilled at handling objections with ease
Excellent communicator with a dedication to customer service
Collaborative team member
Licensed real estate agent
Over 3 years of experience in real estate sales
Strong written and verbal communication abilities
Eager to learn and grow
Highly organized
Open to learning scripts and dialogues
Superior time management skills
