Role Overview SAVI EHS is seeking an experienced Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) Manager to support a general contractor on a data center construction project in Parker, CO. The position is a temp‑to‑hire role offering a competitive hourly rate, a stable 40‑hour work week, and long‑term career potential with a leading construction team.
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with HammerTech safety management software
5+ years of EHS experience in construction
Strong communication and leadership skills with field teams
Certifications: OSHA 30, OSHA 510/500, ASP, GSP, CSP, CHST, or STSC
Degree preferred in Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, or related field
Key Responsibilities
Oversee all site‑level Environmental, Health, and Safety compliance
Conduct and document daily safety inspections and audits
Lead site‑specific safety orientations and training
Participate in and facilitate Daily Hazard Analysis (DHA) meetings
Investigate incidents, identify root causes, and develop corrective actions
Collaborate with construction management and subcontractors to maintain a zero‑injury culture
Monitor contractor EHS plans and ensure alignment with project standards
Track leading and lagging indicators and provide safety performance reporting
Local candidates preferred; qualified traveling safety professionals may also be considered.
