Project Manager – Concrete Restoration
Location: Miami, FL

About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager with proven experience in concrete restoration, structural repair, and façade rehabilitation for commercial and high-rise buildings. The ideal candidate will lead multiple restoration projects from preconstruction through completion, ensuring safety, quality, and profitability while maintaining strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee all phases of concrete restoration projects including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution.
Manage project teams, subcontractors, and field operations to ensure adherence to scope, quality, and timelines.
Prepare project documentation including estimates, change orders, RFIs, and progress reports.
Monitor costs and productivity; ensure projects meet financial objectives and safety standards.
Lead regular site meetings and ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and project specifications.
Qualifications
4+ years of experience managing concrete restoration or structural repair projects—preferably on high-rise or large commercial buildings.
Strong knowledge of concrete repair methods, post-tensioning, façade restoration, waterproofing, and structural strengthening.
Proficiency with project management software (Procore, MS Project, or similar).
