Job Details The Construction Superintendent will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all activities of a construction site according to project blueprints and schedule plans. Duties include, but are not limited to, coordinating subcontractors, performing quality control and safety checks, and providing on‑site direction when preparing construction sites.
Qualifications
5+ years of Construction Superintendent experience
Experience leading cross‑functional teams on‑site
Proficient with Procore
OSHA 30‑hour certification
Technically literate individual
Motivated and team player
