Job Description This position focuses on the full lifecycle of Salesforce initiatives, from configuration to advanced process automation, and involves close collaboration with developers, vendors and end users.
What will you do?
Lead end‑to‑end implementations of Salesforce solutions including requirements gathering, design, testing, deployment, documentation, and training.
Manage and maintain system configurations.
Deliver technical documentation and provide relevant training.
Build and enhance business processes using Salesforce flows, validation rules, and other automation tools to reduce manual effort and increase operational efficiency.
Partner with stakeholders to align system capabilities with evolving business needs.
Be a go‑to resource for team members for troubleshooting and support.
What do you need to succeed? Must‑have
Strong communication skills
Salesforce Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Financial Service Cloud experience
Hands‑on Salesforce configuration
Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder
Salesforce Certified Administrator, Advanced Administrator preferred
Nice‑to‑have
Salesforce Certified Platform Developer
Salesforce Certified Sharing and Visibility Designer
Salesforce Certified AI Associate
Salesforce Experience Cloud experience

Expected salary range: $65,000–$115,000, dependent on experience, skills, registration status, market conditions, and business needs.
