What is the opportunity? In a fast-paced, agile environment, this role leads end-to-end implementations of Salesforce solutions, including requirements gathering, design, testing, deployment, documentation, and training. It also manages and maintains Salesforce configurations, including custom objects, flows, reports, and dashboards. The role partners with developers and third-party vendors to manage integrations, automations, and advanced features, stays current on Salesforce releases, and evaluates new features to recommend enhancements and system improvements for end users. Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end implementations of Salesforce solutions including requirements gathering, design, testing, deployment, documentation, and training. Manage and maintain system configurations. Deliver technical documentation and relevant training. Build and enhance business processes using Salesforce flows, validation rules, and other automation tools to reduce manual effort and increase operational efficiency. Partner with stakeholders to align system capabilities with evolving business needs. Be a go-to resource for team members for troubleshooting and support. What you need to succeed

The expected salary range for this position is $65,000-$115,000 depending on experience, skills, registration status, market conditions, and business needs. You have the potential to earn more through RBC’s discretionary variable compensation program, which provides an opportunity to increase total compensation if business targets and individual goals are met.
