Performance Marketing Lead (Remote US) - Future Opening
Directive Consulting is a performance marketing agency that specializes in B2B SaaS and tech companies. We use our proprietary Customer Generation methodology to focus on SQLs and customers rather than traditional MQL metrics. Our services include Paid Media, SEO/content, CRO, and Video to help clients meet their sales qualified lead targets.
Roles & Responsibilities
Oversee and lead a portfolio of Paid Media accounts.
Serve as direct support to client contacts.
Communicate weekly with vendors and operational partners to ensure alignment on tasks, quality and improvement opportunities.
Build and optimize paid media strategies for enterprise SaaS clients each quarter.
Create, maintain and optimize budgets across multiple paid media channels.
Deeply understand client positioning and unique value propositions.
Confirm accurate lead routing within a CRM.
Leverage programmatic campaigns to drive performance.
Maintain personal productivity and utilization.
Work with the Associate Director to meet internal and client goals.
Execute and optimize PPC advertising across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads, focusing on keyword research, ad copywriting, and audience targeting to maximize ROI.
What You Offer
3+ years of experience working at a performance/digital marketing agency.
Experience with B2B SaaS/tech clients in an agency environment.
Deep expertise in paid search and paid social (Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
Proficiency in advertising platforms and related tools (Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager).
Strong understanding of PPC principles, keyword research, ad copywriting, bid management, and campaign optimization.
Ability to analyze performance data using Google Analytics, GA4, Excel, or similar analytics platforms.
Track record of driving results and measuring performance via OKRs.
Experience managing mid‑market or enterprise accounts.
Ability to translate strategy into data‑driven storytelling.
Organized, self‑motivated, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Willingness to travel to clients approximately once per year as needed.

Manage approximately five mid‑tier and enterprise accounts.
Meet or exceed department‑level OKRs (client growth, goal attainment).
Build client trust and secure consistent renewals.
Cross‑sell services aligned with client goals.

Display exceptional strategic decision‑making for account performance.
What We Offer
Competitive base salary: $90,000‑$110,000 USD (US remote).
Annual performance bonus.
