Clearance Requirements:
National Background Check with Inquiries and Fingerprints, and Drug Screen.
Period of Performance:
Estimated: 01 November 2025 to 30 October 2030.
Type of Employment:
Part-time, estimated at 5 hours per week, not to exceed 185 hours per year.
Estimated Pay:
$48.00 to $50.00 per hour based on experience.
Working Hours
The estimated working hours will be determined by the school officials. Hours are estimated to be no more than 5 hours weekly, no more than 185 hours yearly.
Qualifications
Masters degree from an accredited institution in Psychology.
Certification by the National Board and a license from the State of New Mexico.
Experience as a school psychologist.

Summary of Duties:
The Psychologist will provide Psychological Services to the San Ildefonso Day School student population. The Ildefonso Day School supports the early childhood educational journey where every student reaches their maximum potential and continues to secondary education. San Ildefonso Day School upholds the Pueblo Nations ability to properly educate its children. We are a community of servant leaders and educators who remain faithful stewards of our Pueblo tradition, Tewa language, and culture.
Duties and Responsibilities
Review, evaluate, and make recommendations for projects/program studies and/or experiments.
Develop proposals, cost estimates, and budgets.
Review and coordinate statements of work and Interagency Agreements (IAA) with government program managers.
Develop project plans and cost estimates for approved projects.
Develop briefing slides for proposal and project presentations, updates, program reviews, etc.
Monitor and update project plans.
Monitor and update spend down plans and budgets.
Maintain project schedules and provide regular status updates for all projects.
Liaison with external organizations to establish and maintain relationships.
Track study/experiment development.
Schedule, attend, and facilitate scheduled meetings.
Participate in professional activities, i.e., collaborate on abstracts, manuscripts, attend and present at meetings, etc.
