How you'll contribute to our Partner's success As a

Senior Engineer , you’ll take the technical lead on planning and designing a wide variety of projects. You’ll play a central role in shaping project outcomes, mentoring junior staff, and collaborating with other senior leaders.

Design & Deliver:

Prepare engineering design documents, funding applications, and permit submittals.

Project Representation:

Serve as the on-site engineering representative and ensure quality control through all phases.

Cross-Disciplinary Collaboration:

Work closely with engineers, managers, and staff across multiple teams to move projects forward.

Leadership in Action:

Assist with QA/QC forms, contribute to project planning, and uphold professional and company standards.

What you'll need to succeed

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering

Professional Engineer (PE) license in the State of California

Minimum of 8 years of post-graduate engineering experience

Proven experience managing technical projects and coordinating with cross-functional teams

Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
