As Manufacturing Engineer, you will be responsible for developing, improving, and maintaining manufacturing processes and systems to support the production of aerospace components and assemblies. You will work closely with production teams and management to ensure efficient and high‑quality manufacturing and repair processes. This role will require a strong focus on process optimization, cost reduction, and supporting compliance with aerospace industry standards. Qualifications & Education
Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field. 3+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering, preferably in aerospace; related high‑precision industry considered. Experience designing and developing manufacturing tooling and new product development. Strong understanding of aerospace manufacturing processes, materials, and quality standards. Proficient in CAD/CAM software (e.g., SolidWorks, CATIA, AutoCAD) and PLM systems. Familiarity with CNC machining, additive manufacturing, and other relevant manufacturing methods. Knowledge of aerospace industry certifications and standards preferred (AS9100, FAA, etc.). Proficient with blueprint reading, drawings, and engineering documents. Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills. Ability to work in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment with limited resources. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Software knowledge and adaptability to various software tools. Proficient with Microsoft Suite & Excel. Preferred Qualifications
