Pay:
$126,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year
Note : This position requires employees to be on-site five days a week at our clients Roseland, NJ office.
Note : You must have 2+ years of plaintiff-side personal injury experience, including at least 1+ years in litigation, and be licensed to practice in New Jersey. If you do not meet this requirement, please do not schedule a call, as it will be canceled.

Job Description
Handle a full caseload of personal injury matters from intake through resolution
Represent clients at hearings, mediations, and trials
Prepare pleadings, motions, discovery responses, and other legal documents
Conduct depositions and pre-trial preparation
Maintain regular communication with clients
Collaborate with support staff, delegate appropriately, and oversee progress
Stay updated on New Jersey personal injury laws and procedural rules
Qualifications
JD from an accredited law school
Licensed to practice in New Jersey (required)
2+ years of plaintiff-side personal injury experience
At least 1+ years of litigation experience
Excellent writing, communication, and negotiation skills
Strong organization and case management abilities
Able to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment
