This opportunity is for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide essential services within an elementary school setting serving grades K-5 in Metairie, LA. Available on a full-time or part-time basis, this contract position spans the full school year, offering a consistent schedule supporting student development from kindergarten through fifth grade. Responsibilities
Responsibilities include delivering speech and language therapy tailored to pediatric students, collaborating with educational staff, and supporting individual student IEP goals. The role requires delivering evidence-based interventions in a school environment, contributing to a multidisciplinary team to optimize student communication skills. Qualifications Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology Current state licensure and ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) Experience in school settings preferred but not required Strong communication, collaboration, and teamwork abilities Eligible for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcome
