Human Resources Generalist/Senior Human Resources Generalist Project for Pride in Living (PPL) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering low‑income individuals and families to become self‑reliant through integrated services in housing, employment, and education. Compensation • Base pay: $60,000 – $72,000 per year. • PPL pay range: $60,000 – $72,000 per year. Actual pay is based on skills and experience.

Job Summary Senior HR Generalist focused on Benefits Administration and HRIS Management, supporting employees and advancing equity‑centered HR practices.

Key Responsibilities

Lead bi‑weekly payroll processing and ensure compliance with wage and tax laws.

Serve as primary contact for employee benefits, including health, dental, FSA/HSA, disability, and 403(b) retirement plans.

Manage HRIS systems (Paylocity), ensuring data integrity, reporting and system enhancements.

Oversee FMLA, STD/LTD, and other leave programs.

Prepare and analyze HR metrics and compliance reports (EEO‑1, ACA, 403(b), OSHA, etc.).

Support training coordination, policy updates, and employee offboarding.

Partner with the TEC team to foster an inclusive, equitable workplace.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

5+ years of HR experience, with a focus on payroll and benefits.

Experience with Paylocity or similar HRIS systems.

Strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and time‑management.

Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.

PHR or SHRM‑CP certification preferred.
