Administrative Clerk – Up to $30/hr
We are looking for an Administrative Clerk to provide essential support to faculty, staff, and program operations in a fast-paced academic environment. This role is a great fit for someone who thrives on organization, problem-solving, and balancing multiple priorities at once.
What You’ll Do: As an Administrative Clerk, your responsibilities will include:
Faculty & Office Support
Assist faculty with course preparation, presentation design, and scheduling needs
Manage calendars, coordinate meetings, and arrange travel logistics
Take notes during meetings and distribute minutes to team members
Financial Processing
Review and approve travel reports and reimbursement requests
Make purchases on behalf of the team and monitor expenses
Audit monthly transactions to identify and resolve discrepancies
Events & Communication
Help plan and coordinate high-profile events
Maintain faculty profiles and ensure information is up to date
General Operations
Oversee the kitchenette, copy room, and storage spaces
Manage conference room reservations and approvals
What You’ll Bring:
Bachelor’s degree
3+ years of experience in an office or administrative setting
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
Preferred Skills:
Experience working in a higher education environment
Familiarity with Concur or SAP systems
