As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be part of a team focused on delivering the highest quality service to our internal and external customers, with professionalism and integrity. Responsibilities
Collaborate with hiring managers and HR Managers to gain an in-depth understanding of recruitment needs, determine sourcing strategies and execute the recruitment and selection process primarily for hourly and entry-level, professional positions at all of our US manufacturing sites, as well as our North American HQ office. Liaison between temporary agencies and sites to place temporary employees, as needed Evaluate potential candidates by conducting phone, video & in-person interviews to assess relevant skills, experience, interest, and culture add along with select and recommend top talent to the organization. Utilize creative and relevant sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates including building relationships, leveraging networks and initiating communication with prospective applicants to establish a pipeline for current and future opportunities. Execute the recruitment process to ensure we are meeting or exceeding our KPI’s such as time to fill and cost per hire. Deliver an exemplary candidate experience throughout the recruiting process by accurately tracking candidates and ensuring timely and professional follow-up. Serve as a brand ambassador by promoting ICL to potential candidates. Assist with the university recruitment process including managing school relationships, leading and/or organizing information sessions and career fairs along and participating in networking events. Assist with the management of our co-op/intern program to ensure student development and a meaningful experience at ICL.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in HR Management, Business Administration or related field required OR a minimum of 1+ years of HR experience required. Exceptional attention to detail, highly organized and skilled in managing priorities and coordinating multiple projects simultaneously. Self-awareness, strong influence skills, professionalism and ability to maintain confidentiality. Critical thinking abilities; you are solutions oriented when it comes to problem solving. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to effectively interact with all levels of management. You are proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Ability to travel occasionally to various US sites.
