HR Generalist Graduate (Data) - 2026 Start (BS/MS)
We are looking for talented individuals to join our HRBP‑Data TA team responsible for hiring delivery of Data, supporting AI and machine learning innovation across e‑commerce, content discovery, and user experiences. As a graduate, you will pursue bold ideas, tackle complex challenges and unlock limitless growth at TikTok.

Responsibilities
Serve as the core enabler for the HRBP team, designing and driving scalable people solutions for the Data AMS organization.
Consult with line management and provide HR guidance on talent development, performance management and employee relations.
Manage employee disciplinary issues and advise business leaders on handling cases.
Drive employee engagement agenda within the business unit(s).
Act as ambassador of the Bytedance organizational culture, planning and implementing cultural activities.
Support new projects and optimize current processes to improve efficiency.
Collaborate cross‑functionally and across regions to gain a holistic business understanding.
Support HRBP with general HR work and projects.
Qualifications
Pursuing a bachelor’s degree or above in business, human resources, or a related field.
Prior experience with performance management, employee relations and data analytics/reporting is preferred.
Demonstrated project and change management experience, ability to drive programs independently.
Analytical and data‑management skills with experience translating data into action plans.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills at all organizational levels.
Knowledge of technology or internet business preferred.
Compensation & Benefits The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $77,689–$120,000 annually.
Additional compensation may include discretionary bonuses, incentive pay and restricted stock units. Employees have access to medical, dental and vision insurance, a 401(k) plan with company match, paid parental leave, short‑term and long‑term disability coverage, life insurance and wellbeing benefits.
Employees are entitled to 10 paid holidays, 10 paid sick days and 17 days of paid personal time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
