We are seeking an

IT Enterprise Architect

to join our Corporate IT Team and work on-site at our

Global Corporate Headquarters . This position will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining the enterprise architecture strategy and roadmap to align technology investments with business objectives. The Enterprise Architect will collaborate with IT leadership, business leaders, and technical teams to establish standards, drive modernization, and enable digital transformation across the enterprise.

This is an individual contributor role with no direct reports. Works very closely with IT project teams and business project teams.

Key Responsibilities Enterprise Architecture Strategy & Governance

Define and maintain the enterprise architecture framework, principles, and standards.

Develop a multi-year technology roadmap aligned with business and IT strategy.

Create and maintain comprehensive architecture documentation, including diagrams, application-specific roadmaps, and technical specifications.

Establish governance processes to evaluate, approve, and monitor IT initiatives for architectural alignment.

Technology Leadership & Innovation

Assess emerging technologies and work with IT teams to recommend adoption where beneficial to the enterprise.

Provide thought leadership on modernization initiatives.

Partner with IT leadership to prioritize technology investments and ensure scalability and flexibility of IT solutions.

Solution & System Architecture

Oversee the design of integrated solutions spanning applications, infrastructure, security, and data domains.

Guide technical leads on major projects to ensure architectural consistency and interoperability.

Identify and mitigate risks related to IT architecture, ensuring compliance with regulatory and security standards.

Maintain an accurate and up-to-date repository of enterprise systems, interfaces, and integrations (application portfolio).

Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement

Serve as a trusted advisor to business and IT stakeholders, translating strategic goals into actionable architecture plans.

Partner with project managers, business analysts, and technical teams to ensure architecture requirements are incorporated into solution designs.

Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner.

Qualifications Education

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field required; Master’s degree preferred.

Experience

5–7+ years of progressive IT experience, including time in an architecture, systems design, or a senior technical leadership role.

Certifications such as TOGAF, AWS/Azure Architect, and PMP a plus.

Hands-on experience with large enterprise systems.

Prior experience in manufacturing or industrial environment strongly preferred.

Skills

Deep knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks (TOGAF, Zachman, or similar).

Strong understanding of IT domains including infrastructure, cloud, applications (ERP, CRM, etc.), security, and data.

Experience leading large-scale technology modernization or digital transformation initiatives.

Skilled in architecture modeling tools.

Proficiency with project/program management methodologies and tools.

Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills.

Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement abilities.

Ability to balance long-term vision with practical implementation.
