Filevine is seeking a dynamic and results-driven
Senior Manager of Performance Marketing
to lead our performance marketing efforts. This role is responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing full funnel paid advertising strategies across multiple channels, including PPC, affiliate marketing, ABM, awareness campaigns, and connected TV. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and a proven ability to lead teams, deliver measurable results, and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement a comprehensive performance marketing strategy to drive customer acquisition.
Oversee multi-channel campaigns, including PPC, affiliate marketing, awareness campaigns, ABM, connected TV, social media, and paid ads, ensuring alignment with Filevine’s business objectives.
Set performance goals and KPIs for campaigns, ensuring continuous optimization to maximize ROI.
Manage all paid advertising efforts, including Google Ads, social media platforms, display networks, and programmatic channels.
Lead awareness campaigns to enhance brand visibility and consideration among target audiences.
Develop and execute ABM strategies to target high-value accounts and create opportunities.
Manage connected TV campaigns to reach new audiences and increase brand awareness.
Build and maintain affiliate advertising partnerships, optimizing performance and driving mutual success.
Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of performance marketing professionals.
Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture focused on delivering results.
Provide coaching, professional development, and performance feedback to team members.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and campaign strategies to enhance effectiveness.
Collaborate with the analytics team to ensure accurate tracking, reporting, and attribution for all campaigns.
Partner with content, creative, and product marketing teams to develop compelling assets for campaigns.
Collaborate with sales teams to align on ABM strategies and ensure lead quality.
Work with the finance team to manage budgets and forecast ROI for performance marketing efforts.
Qualifications
5+ years in a digital marketing role focused on pipeline generation.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
Proven success managing and optimizing multi-channel campaigns across digital and traditional platforms.
Deep understanding of analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot), tracking tools, and attribution models.
Strong leadership skills with experience managing, mentoring, and growing teams.
Excellent analytical skills and a data-driven mindset to optimize marketing performance.
Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders.
Experience in vertical SaaS or legal tech industries is a plus.
