Job Summary We are seeking an Inside Sales professional to join our team in the Houston area. The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling electrical products and solutions to customers primarily over the phone and through electronic communications.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree is a plus
Proven experience in inside sales, preferably in the lighting industry
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Knowledge of electical products and industry trends
Responsibilities
Reach out to potential customers to present electrical products and solutions
Respond to customer inquiries, provide quotes, and negotiate pricing
Maintain and update customer database in CRM software
Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets
Stay up-to‑date on industry trends and new product offerings
Provide excellent customer service before and after the sale
Additional Requirements
Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes
Comfortable with making outreach calls and handling objections
Strong work ethic and self‑motivation
