Position Overview

We’re looking for an

Inside Sales Professional

to join our Houston team and help drive growth through proactive account management, sourcing, and sales execution. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with customers over the phone and in person, and is confident in managing the full sales cycle — from sourcing to closing.

This role requires a balance of strong communication skills, product knowledge, and commercial acumen to support existing accounts and identify new opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and grow assigned key accounts while supporting outside sales initiatives.

Handle inbound and outbound sales calls to develop new business opportunities.

Source, quote, and procure electrical and industrial products for resale.

Negotiate pricing and terms with vendors and customers to maximize profitability.

Track and manage opportunities, quotes, and customer interactions in

CRM .

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and internal teams.

Ensure timely order processing, follow-up, and after-sales service.

Support cross-functional collaboration with operations, logistics, and finance teams.

Occasionally meet clients and attend industry events or site visits as required.

Requirements

> 3–5 years of experience

in: Electrical distribution, industrial supply, or related B2B environment

Inside sales, key account management, or procurement/sourcing

Solid understanding of electrical and industrial products (Electrical cables, fittings, Enclosures, etc.)

Proficient in Salesforce or similar platforms

Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills; confidence on the phone

Resilient and results-driven — comfortable handling rejection and pushing for outcomes

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking at speed

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team

Must be eligible to work in the United States
