Role Snapshot As a Continuous Improvement Leader, you will identify, develop, and implement process improvements across manufacturing and operations. You’ll apply Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen to elevate productivity, eliminate waste, and uphold stringent quality standards. You will validate changes, document outcomes, and deploy improvements efficiently. Partner closely with production teams, industrial engineers, and site leadership to standardize and sustain gains.
A Day in the Life
Analyze current business and shop‑floor processes to pinpoint bottlenecks and improvement opportunities.
Lead and facilitate CI initiatives using Lean Six Sigma toolsets.
Collaborate with cross‑functional partners to implement, standardize, and sustain results.
Run root‑cause problem‑solving workshops to address chronic issues.
Train and mentor teammates on CI methods and tools.
Utilize film equipment to document processes and create standard work.
Document processes, improvements, and outcomes for future reference.
What You Bring
Passion for Continuous Improvement.
5+ years in manufacturing or operations.
Hands‑on experience with Lean and/or Six Sigma.
Strong analytical acumen and project management skills.
Excellent communication skills.
Kaizen event leadership and Value Stream Mapping experience preferred.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
Siemens experience preferred.
Physical Demands
Comfort working in a non‑climate‑controlled environment when required.
Standing, walking, sitting, climbing stairs, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, and using hands to handle objects or tools.
Frequent verbal communication; occasional tasks may involve detecting odors.
Ability to lift and/move items up to 40 pounds.
Vision abilities: close and distance vision, color differentiation, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
