You will build and execute sophisticated omnichannel strategies guiding customers through the tax filing journey, from login to completion. The position requires deep strategic thinking, advanced activation expertise across CRM channels, and a data-driven approach to personalizing the customer experience. You will also manage and mentor a small team of marketers, overseeing project prioritization, process definition, campaign planning, and workload management. Compensation and Benefits

Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay-for-performance approach. The expected base pay range for this position in Southern California is $150,500-203,500 and in the Bay Area, California $171,500-231,500. The role is eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards and benefits in accordance with applicable plans and programs. Pay is based on factors such as knowledge, skills, experience, and location. Define and own the post-authentication contact strategy for DIY and DIWM customers, developing intricate, cohesive omnichannel plans that integrate with the product experience. Collaborate with product leaders to personalize strategies for each customer and drive repeat visits and conversion across funnel stages for both DIY and DIWM segments. Lead authentication-to-complete channel activation with a strategic lens, overseeing go-to-market execution across all communications with a focus on email marketing. Spearhead data-backed innovation within these channels to optimize the DIY and DIWM customer journey. Architect and deliver campaigns with compelling storytelling and content tailored to DIY and DIWM tax filers; articulate the strategic intent behind each message. Refine and expand complex automated and scheduled campaigns, detailing targeting and personalization requirements and partnering with CRM data and operations teams to ensure proper implementation. Serve as the expert on how these systems interact for DIY and DIWM users. Champion CRM innovation by leveraging large datasets and building capabilities that enable ultra-personalized communications for DIY and DIWM customers. Manage and mentor a team of marketers, guiding project prioritization, process definition, strategic campaign planning, and workload management. Drive performance reporting and insights, identifying new KPIs to benchmark CRM impact on product progress and tax completion for DIY and DIWM customers; provide actionable recommendations. Lead omnichannel execution across Push, SMS, In-App, and In-Product channels; design and tailor approaches for DIY and DIWM segments. Collaborate with Top of Funnel and Engagement CRM Lead to enforce proper contact strategy, calendars, and governance, ensuring alignment across all DIY and DIWM customer experiences. Qualifications

5-7 years of experience managing large and complex retention marketing campaigns across CRM channels (email, push, SMS, in-product notifications), with a proven post-authentication conversion track record for DIY and/or DIWM segments. 3-4 years of team management experience with a focus on growing and mentoring talent. Demonstrated expertise in developing advanced, cohesive business and CRM strategies across multiple channels, with solutions for DIY and DIWM users. Strong understanding of data underpinning CRM programs to enable advanced campaign orchestration and personalization for DIY/DIWM customers. Expert knowledge of email marketing best practices from strategy to creative iteration, testing, and results sharing. Excellent organizational, project management, and communication skills; able to manage complex campaigns with tight deadlines across multiple teams. Hands-on experience with enterprise marketing cloud solutions; familiarity with Braze, Movable Ink, or Stensul is a plus. Builder mindset with a vision for efficient market entry and decisive leadership for DIY/DIWM customers. Strong understanding of managing a very large, complex installed base with skills in segmentation and optimization for DIY/DIWM. Location
