We are seeking an experienced Head of Product Management (focus on AgenticAI / Data) to define and lead strategy for next‑generation enterprise software in Santa Clara.

You will own vision, roadmap, and go‑to‑market for cloud‑native products that deliver end‑to‑end data management, MLOps, observability, lineage, and agentic orchestration. Responsibilities

Define and own product vision, strategy, and multi‑year roadmap. Partner with engineering leadership to translate strategy into scalable, cloud‑native products. Lead customer discovery, validation, and co‑innovation to ensure product‑market fit. Drive go‑to‑market alignment, collaborating with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. Develop business cases, pricing models, and market positioning for new offerings. Monitor industry trends to inform strategy. Build and mentor a high‑caliber product management team. Represent the product with executives, analysts, customers, and partners. Qualifications

15+ years of product management leadership in enterprise software. Track record of taking products from concept to adoption with significant ARR growth. Deep domain expertise in data platforms, orchestration, observability, AI/ML infrastructure, or automation. Experience working with complex, distributed, cloud‑native platforms. Direct engagement with enterprise customers, including CIOs, CDOs, and AI/ML leaders. Background in competitive positioning, ecosystem strategy, and GTM enablement. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Skills & Attributes

Visionary product leader with the ability to anticipate and shape market trends. Strong knowledge of data management, AI/ML workflows, MLOps, observability, lineage, and agentic orchestration. Highly analytical with strong business acumen and financial modeling skills. Exceptional communicator and influencer with executives, customers, and technical teams. The annual base salary range for this position is $221,700 – $369,500, reflecting the typical range for roles at this level.

The range represents one component of the total compensation package, which may also include variable pay and other benefits.
