Role Description This is a full‑time on‑site role for Manager and Director Level Leaders at Chick‑fil‑A Seaford FSU — a restaurant located in Seaford, DE. The roles involve overseeing day‑to‑day operations, managing team performance, ensuring high standards of customer service and food quality, and developing strategies to improve efficiency, growth, “making moments” for our guests, and profitability. Leaders will also be responsible for recruiting, training, and mentoring team members and mid‑level leaders, as well as coordinating with the Owner‑Operator to support local community initiatives.
Qualifications
Strong leadership and team management skills
Experience in developing and implementing operational strategies
Exceptional customer service and communication skills
Ability to mentor and train team members
Proficient in operations, sales forecasting, inventory management and scheduling
Problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities
Background in the food service industry is preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field is a plus
