Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Greensboro, NC, for a Team Lead Manager. The Team Lead Manager is responsible for supervising daily operations, overseeing team members, managing inventory, and ensuring excellent customer service. The role requires leading and motivating team members, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. The Team Lead Manager will also be responsible for scheduling, training, and development of team members.
Qualifications
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in customer service and resolving customer inquiries
Ability to manage inventory and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Proficient in scheduling and training team members
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Previous experience in the food and beverage industry is a plus
High school diploma or GED; Associate or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
