Company Description : Kalos is an early-stage high‑growth startup based in San Francisco, CA. We built Blue – the AI Agent that is the world's best B2B performance marketer. Blue works 24/7 to build and optimize ad campaigns to help our customers grow faster. We are VC‑funded and stepping on the gas to accelerate. We are 9 people, and you'd be #10 on the team. Our early customers include well‑known Silicon Valley tech companies, including multiple unicorns. We have more demand than we've been able to service.
Role Description
Work hand in hand with our CEO and founding team to define and lead our approach to working with our amazing customers.
Manage customer relationships and their campaigns with Kalos‑including onboarding new customers, creating campaign strategy, and owning campaign performance.
Be the internal “Quarterback” for customers, partnering with Ads Specialists/Ops and Designers to ensure firing on all cylinders to maximize customer impact.
Help us learn from customer feedback and deliver feedback to engineering to guide company strategy & prioritization, and lay out systematic ways to track and drive progress.
Qualifications
Many years of experience with LinkedIn ad platform, and/or experience at top consulting or investment banking roles (ready to learn LinkedIn ads at hyper‑speed).
Strong analytical skills with a data‑driven mindset.
Execution‑focused: move fast, take ownership, and deliver.
Excellent communication: work great with execs and give tough feedback to customers to help achieve goals.
Adaptability: thrive in constantly changing environment.
Location In person in San Francisco.
Salary San Francisco, CA $103,680.00–$144,000.00.
