What You'll Do (Your Superpowers)

Lead & Inspire Operations : Oversee daily community functions ensuring compliance with all state and federal regulations, fostering an environment of high-quality resident care.

Build Strong Relationships : Develop and maintain positive connections with residents, families, employees, and key external stakeholders.

Drive Financial Excellence : Strategically manage budgets, optimize occupancy and admissions, control expenses, and enhance operational efficiencies.

Champion Quality & Compliance : Lead Quality Assurance & Performance Improvement initiatives, maintain survey readiness, and partner with clinical leaders to uphold top-tier standards.

Enhance Satisfaction : Motivate and mentor the leadership team, promote employee engagement and retention, and proactively address resident satisfaction to foster a welcoming, vibrant community.

Expand Community Impact : Develop marketing and sales strategies, represent the community in healthcare leadership roles, engage with local organizations, and analyze market trends for growth opportunities.

What You Bring to the Table

Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare, Gerontology, or related field (required)

Licensed as a Licensed Assisted Living Director (LALD) in the community's state

Minimum 2 years' experience as Executive Director or Administrator in senior living or long-term care

Strong financial management skills, including budgeting, census growth, and expense control

Comprehensive knowledge of senior care regulations and survey requirements

Exceptional communication, leadership, and team-building capabilities

Adaptability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment with travel flexibility
