Head of Global Supply Chain iBUILT Group is seeking a dynamic and experienced leader to head our global supply chain function. The role requires extensive sourcing experience in building supplies and the construction vertical, coupled with a strong background in digital procurement and supply‑chain management systems.

Responsibilities

Overhaul procurement and supply‑chain strategy, protocols, and procedures to introduce best practices across procurement, inventory management, global logistics, administrative processes, customs, tariffs, and insurance.

Collaborate with the technology team to develop and oversee a fully digitized global procurement approach that includes two‑way automated communication for pricing, ordering, and inventory management using existing solutions such as Procore, Sage 300, and new enterprise‑level software.

Identify and qualify best‑in‑class suppliers worldwide, negotiate agreements to ensure quality, service, and price stability, and maintain strong partner relationships.

Work cross‑functionally with manufacturing, finance, operations, engineering, and business development teams to optimize supply‑chain contributions to iBUILT’s overall success.

Define and monitor supply‑chain performance metrics such as product cost, quality, and forecasting accuracy.

Review and update supply‑chain practices to reflect new or changing environmental policies, standards, regulations, or laws.

Qualifications

8+ years of global supply‑chain and sourcing experience in building materials and the construction industry.

Hands‑on experience with digital procurement and supply‑chain management systems, including Procore, Sage 300, and ERP programs (enterprise‑level preferred).

Familiarity with best‑practice procedures for international procurement and supply‑chain management; APICS certification is a plus.

Strong ownership mindset with a demonstrated impact on company success.

Excellent critical‑thinking and problem‑solving skills.

Proven ability to lead, train, and mentor staff.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Architecture, Engineering, Business Systems, Supply‑Chain Management, or related field. MBA or equivalent master’s degree preferred.

English language proficiency required.
