Social Security Disability Attorney
to join our dynamic legal team. If you have a passion for helping clients navigate the complexities of Social Security disability claims, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities
Represent clients in Social Security Disability claims and appeals
Review case files, conduct legal research, and develop case strategies
Communicate with clients, Social Security Administration, medical professionals, and other relevant parties
Prepare and file legal documents, including pleadings, briefs, and motions
Advocate for clients during hearings and appeals before administrative law judges
Ensure compliance with all legal requirements and deadlines
Requirements
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
Active bar membership
At least 2 years of experience practicing Social Security Disability law
Strong knowledge of Social Security Disability regulations and procedures
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Compassionate and client‑focused attitude
